Month after month the StampNation Dream Team continues to amaze me with their talent. September has been no different! Take a look at the lessons added to The Classroom this month.
Isha used a variety of alcohol markers on a single image, then showed how to add texture to her colored images.
Laurel Beard taught members two simple ways to make a background using Distress Inks. She teaches a Direct-to-Paper technique and a freestyle watercolor technique to make an adorable underwater scene.
Kristie keeps us up-to-date on the latest trends in paper crafting. This month her Spotlight on Trends article features Doodle Flowers. She shows several ways that you can use these stamps and dies on your cards.
Maureen revisited some of her older lessons in the Clean & Simple Classroom and put them to work with the Stamp of Approval Friendship Collection. She posted 5 cards that touch upon design principals like creating movement & flow, using negative space and repetition. You can view her lesson here: SOA meets the CASC!
To wrap up here's a peek at my projects that are exclusive to StampNation. We looked at embossing and coloring with Gansai Tambi Watercolors, nesting and inlaying die cuts, coloring with Zig Markers, Brusho and Embossing Paste and using crayons with Embossing Folders.
In just one month of Classroom lessons you learn many ways to use the products you already have on hand! StampNation is truly a wonderful source of information for stampers and card makers of all levels.
