Last month, we used the Best Ever Simply Scrappin' Kit (162 of the main catalog) for my Scrappers' Express class. The pages turned out super cute and I had tons of goodies left over to make some cards.
I promised the gals I would post them to my website, so here they are!
If you are interested in Scrappers' Express, my most popular class, you can participate month-to-month for $30 each class (you get a great coordinating kit and a minimum of 6, 12 x 12 layouts to copy)…if you sign up for 6 months, you get a discount and your cost is $25 per month!

For the 10th year in a row, Stampin' Up is proud to announce that the readers of Creating Keepsakes Magazine, voted Stampin' Up's Rubber Stamps THE BEST you can get!
Our Spring and Summer 2008 Idea Book and Catalog as well as our Write Me a Memory Font CD also won in their categories! Other products that were recognized were our watercolor pencils, watercolor crayons, Stampin' Write Markers and our wonderful punches. Yay SU!!!
5th Avenue Floral…another super simple card from my retreat using Baja Breeze, Pacific Point and Kiwi Kiss. The Eyelet Border Punch just gives it a bit of extra “oomph”!
Here is that crazy Bird on a Branch set again…I just crack up at that name. This is another set that I wasn't crazy about in the catalog, but just look at this gorgeous card! It usese Chocolate Chip, Tempting Turq., Certainly Celery, and that yummy Chocolate Chip Tafetta ribbon.
Kenly got a haircut today! I wanted to share a photo with you, because I can't believe how stinkin' CUTE he is! Rotten, but cute! I should have taken a photo of him before, but forgot…this is the last photo I have of him from back in March.
It was love at first sight…the matchbox die! As soon as I saw this little baby in the mini catalog, I knew I had to have it! This was a cutie little box that I made for my daughter to bring to a birthday party. Psst! There's a little wad of money under the piece that says Make a Wish! Another project from my scrapbooking weekend using the Rockabilly Designer Series Paper. This is 3 matchboxes adhered to each other with some DSP wrapped around it tied with the Satin Ribbon (pg. 17 of the mini catalog). You can order any of these products 24/7 on my website.
I had so much fun creating this class! Rainbow Sherbet Designer Series Paper and the Cheers to You stamp set make for a super fun card kit that includes 5 Deluxe cards and a super fun box to put them in. Note this class is offered exclusively through Catherine Pooler. You won't find it anywhere else!
If you are in or around Raleigh, NC, I invite you to join me on May 27th at 9:45 am or 6:30 pm. Visit the events page to register!
Out of town, or can't make that date? I am offering this class TO GO!

And Many Mower…This is one of the cards I made at the retreat last weekend. I didn't like this set when it came out in the mini catalog, but once I started playing with it, I thought it was so cute! It also uses Manchester Designer Series Paper and Library Clips. How stinkin' cute is that library clip!
Time with friends having fun and preserving family memories…priceless!
We had such a blast…so relaxing to not worry about anything but papercrafting and bonding with buds!
If you are not in one of my clubs, especially Scrappers' Express, you must contact me to join now because I spent a lot of time planning the projects and if I do say so myself…they ROCK! I'll share some in the next couple weeks.
This is probably the most popular set in the Mini Catalog…Great Friend. Here I paired it with the Raspberry Tart Designer Series Paper and used Chocolate Chip and Old Olive cardstock, Cameo Coral and Kiwi Kiss ink, white organza ribbon.
Don't forget, if you spend $40 from the mini catalog by the last day of April, you get to choose one item from the under $10 page in the big catalog (pg. 208).
