The Half Circle Cover Plate Die cuts out a random pattern of slightly wonky half circles. This mod geometric pattern will add funky texture to your card base and works along with our Half Circle Background Stamp for adding another level of color possibilities.
Let's check out how some of our Brand Ambassadors used these two cool layer-able tools!
Daniel worked some ink blending magic on this one. Dress Blues to Glam create a dark, rich night sky effect behind the white Half Circle Cover Plate cut out. Pop on a sentiment and a couple of sequins and this card is inky perfection.
Melissa used the Half Circle Background Stamp here on this little notecard by inking it in multiple colors and adding a bit of water into the mix for a more textured, artsy feel. Look at that vibrant color!
How cute is this shaker from Erin? Mr. Giraffe is the star of this card. Behind her window layer, she used a piece of patterned paper from our Across the Globe pack. The Half Circle Cover Plate is a perfect shaker top layer as it creates many windows!
Ilina created double the fun with these two. She created a stunning watercolored rainbow with her CP inks on watercolor cardstock. She then ran that through her die cutting machine with the Half Circle Cover Plate and used both the die cut and the negative shapes to create two backgrounds. What a pairing!
This last one uses the Half Circle Background Stamp. She created rows of color and then embellished that by using her cover plate to dry emboss. I love how cheerful this color combo is with the black and white contrast. This cover plate and background stamp will get miles of card making use!
