Let's take a closer look at Triadic Color Combos! These are color combos that include three colors that are equally spaced on the color wheel.
To get started, I picked a primary color family for my card. The star of this card is Aquatini! I stamped the butterflies from the Just Soar Stamp Set in Aquatini, then a lighter shade of aqua…Mint to Be. This stamp set is now available in the shop with its coordinating Dies.
Then from the two colors across on the color wheel, I picked accent colors to add to my card. Be Mine and Tiara were perfect!

Using the same basic Triad of colors, I created several cards. I love how bright and pretty this color combo turned out. The Party Colors will always make a cheery card!
With this one, I used black stamped images for the main piece of my card and used my Triad colors on some blended strips to add a pop. I cut these strips off of the technique piece I made on for the next card's background!
This card came out gorgeous! Triadic Colors are spaced just right so when they overlap in blending, they will create beautiful shades in between! You don't have to worry about getting brown.
