Try ink blending with Sponge Daubers over the Balloon Stencils. Catherine Pooler Inks are translucent, so when you overlap the balloons, you get a blend between the colors which is the look you'll get with real balloons!

Finish off the stenciled balloon piece with a stamped or die cut sentiment.

Add a layer behind the technique piece, add die cut bows and a few sequins for more interest.

Try a bunch of balloons and add a highlight with a Posca Pen.

Apply Nuvo Embellishment Mousse with a Nuvo Stencil Brush for the highlight.

Try covering the entire balloon with Nuvo Embellishment Mousse for a Mylar Balloon look!

Stenciling on Stickles Glitter Gel is a fun look that reminds me of the balloons that have confetti inside.

For this card, I stamped one of the Party Fan images and embossed it with Wanderlust Embossing Glitter which created a subtle and pretty background.

Create a colorful background with the Party Fans Stamps in different colors!
