How are you holding up, my friend? This is a rough time and we are all facing our own challenges. Whether it's working on the front lines in health care, worrying about elderly parents or finding yourself working from home while corralling children that are no longer in school this is a stressful time for us all.
We're all in this together and the hope at Catherine Pooler Designs is to offer you an escape. I don't know about you, but as soon as I put a stamp in my hand, I enter another world. I get lost in creativity and it's such a reprieve for me.

I've been going live every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at Noon Eastern and it's been a great distraction. Thank you to everyone that has joined us! You all make a difference for the team at CPD.
This Facebook Live – click here to view the replay – I started with a rainbow of Rizzo Background Stamps stamped out on white Cardstock. I die cut each one, the largest in It's a Girl and the smallest in Flirty Fuchsia (that would be rainbow order!) and layered them using foam tape between each of the layers. When I was done, it was sheer perfection and I decided the greeting would go on the inside.

I looked over and noticed the Melon Ice layer and the Flirty Fuchsia layer…they were screaming to be put together! I added a piece of acetate (window sheets for shaker cards now in our shop!!), foam adhesive and sequins. It was a match made in heaven, y'all!

I also stamped the Rizzo background in Midnight Ink and thought the All That Jazz layer would look gorgeous layered on top. A simple Hugs die cut sentiment was all it needed to finish it off.
The first photo…all the way at the top…also includes the first technique piece I stamped. I used the same ink colors and my MISTI Stamping Tool to create that look. I am smitten with these cards, they were an awesome bit of happy in my day today and I can't wait to send them to make someone smile.
Thank you for hanging out with me a bit…hugs to you!
