August Update: In our Raleigh office, we are continuing to do our best to ship orders within a few days of receipt. During releases and promotional periods, it make take up to 5 business days for your order to ship from our office.
All orders are picked and shipped in the order they are received. If your package is over 1 pound, it will automatically ship Priority. If your order is under 1 pound, you may also choose Priority Shipping.
Due to the current issues with the US postal service, we have seen delays in shipping and often it taking longer than two days for your Priority package to arrive. Unfortunately, this part of the shipping process is out of our hands. We are taking every measure we can to ensure the process is expedited efficiently from our end and ask for your patience and understanding if you encounter delay. Thank you for your continued support of our small business!
May 18 Update: At the Clubhouse, in most cases, we are getting orders out in a few days. The US Post Office is doing the best that they can during this worldwide pandemic and delays around the world have been seen. Orders going to Australia: Mail from the US is taking 25-35 days and For items sent between 25th March and 30th April, additional delivery delays on top of the below have occurred. read more here
April 29 Update: With the popularity of the new Flutters & Blooms Collection, it is taking longer to get orders out. We are working with a skeleton crew shipping staff, but are doing the best we can to get your new products out the door. Please expect a several day delay in getting a shipping notification. April 20 Update: We are SHIPPING! Orders are shipping within 24 – 48 hours of being placed. Monday – Friday. With our April 29 release, we expect it may take a couple extra days for your order to ship, but it should be within several days of placing your order. Hello my friends! I wanted to give you an update on what is happening in our corner of the planet in regards to COVID-19. Our county government issued a stay at home order effective Friday evening through April 17. Since we are not a customer facing retailer, the ordinance allows us to continue shipping while maintaining social distancing practices as outlined below.
Social distancing practices shall include, to the extent possible:
- Maintaining at least six-foot social distancing from other individuals;
- Washing hands with soap and water (especially if hands are soiled) for at least twenty seconds as frequently as possible or using hand sanitizer;
- Covering coughs or sneezes (into the sleeve, elbow or tissue, not hands);
- Regularly cleaning high-touch surfaces; and
- Not shaking hands.
The entire CPD team will be working from home, with the exception of the minimum staff needed to ship daily orders. We usually get packages out in 24 – 48 hours, but during this time it may take a bit longer. We are continuing to watch our local government's recommendation in case of changes and will keep you updated.
