For the past 4 weeks, I've premiered a new video tutorial on my channel on Sunday night at 8 PM Eastern. A premiere let's us watch a new video tutorial for the first time together and talk, ask questions and hang out together in the chat box.
I have been SO enjoying these Sunday nights together! Sometimes life gets crazy and out of control, things get in the way and I can't stick to a schedule. I'm going to try really hard to continue this because I've had an absolute blast with it! Will you join me next Sunday night?
This week's video was using the Shine On Sunflowers Stamps in four different ways.
The Shine On Sunflowers Stamp Set is a layering set to create two large sunflower blossoms. Simply stamp them on cardstock and create a card, or try one of the fun ideas in this video tutorial!
Let's take a look at each of these.

A sunflower shaker? YES, Please!!! I {heart} this shaker so much!
It was pretty easy to make…basically you're making a sandwich.
Create a frame with a stamped flower with circle die cut out of the center, adhere acetate cut from the flower die to the sunflower frame. Add dimensional adhesive, add sequins, adhere the large flower shape and BAM! You have a shaker sunflower!
I could make 50 of these and probably giggle and laugh just as much as the first time because I think it's oh, so cute!

This sunflower is stamped in Shea Butter Ink, the center is Icing on the Cake stamped twice, then the seeds stamped Midnight Ink with Clear Embossing Powder over it.
You can also use the Midnight ink without adding embossing powder. Or, try an Embossing Ink and pour gold, copper, or another color of embossing powder for a shiny finish.

You can stamp all three layers on the same piece of cardstock, or stamp and die cut the center to add dimension. Glue the center straight on the flower or pop it up with dimensional adhesive for more fun.
The background was created by swiping Skylight and Seafoam Ink on Watercolor Paper, then spritzing with water. Let it dry and add cover plate die cut over the top. Adorn with flower and greeting.

Use a rainbow of colors with the circle stamp and stamp three times to get three different shades of each color.
Die cut the Skyscape Mini Cover Plate with the largest rectangle die inside to create a frame. Cut a scallop border layer piece from acetate and adhere pieces together. Add dimensional adhesive to the perimeter, add sequins, add shaker frame and a die cut sentiment. Then shake, shake, shake!
Which is your favorite? Leave me a comment, I'd love to know!
