Using Stamps for Backgrounds and Main Images

Catherine General

I had so much fun making this card with our StampNation Members last week! Here's one of the cards I made with them. It was pretty quick and easy to do!

Stamp the cacti and planter randomly on the background and add a cute Rockin' Red flower on a card layer, add to a card base. Then emboss the “Miss You” sentiment with Clear Embossing Powder several times, sprinkle on a bit of glitter while the embossing powder is still warm and wet for some sparkle!

Here's another card using main image stamps for a background! How fun is this by Karen Baker?

She used stamps from the Mountain of Thanks and the Dream Big Sentiment Stamp Sets to create the two different backgrounds and the Wanna Hug Stamp Set and Dies for the centerpiece.

Since our collections are carefully curated around a theme, you can easily mix and match stamps and sentiments from different stamp sets in the same collection!

One last card using the cactus as a main focal point of the card. How cute is this with lights added to it for an instant Christmas Card? Add the Miss You and it's an extra special card for friends and family you won't be with at the holidays.

Hope you enjoyed this inspiration today using stamps from the Out West Collection!
