Ink Blended Sunshine Word Die with Jen

Hello friends! This is Jen with Jen's Ink Spot.  Today I'm sharing a card that I made with some of the new Hello Sunshine supplies.  I have just loved playing with this release and the Scattered Sunshine stamps were among my most favorite products from the release!

I started this card with the sunshine.  First, I took a piece of Premium White Cardstock, the Twisted Sunburst Stencil and Life Changing Brushes and blended Tiara ink onto the card base.

On a piece of cardstock that I die cut with the largest stitched Postage Stamps die, I stamped the center of the sun (using the largest half circle in the set) with Tiara ink from the Scatter Sunshine Stamp set.  I then turned my stamp around and stamped the second half of the sun to form a complete circle.

The sun rays were stamped next.  First the solid rays were stamped in Tiara and then I went back in with the dashed sun ray stamp and Sauna ink and stamped the rays in between the rays that had already been stamped.  This created a fuller sun image.

For the rainbow sunshine word I used Life Changing Brushes to swatch the colors on my cardstock.  I then die cut the Sunshine Word die from that swatch and adhered to the panel.

I love the little heart detail that is the dot for the “I” in sunshine!  It's so cute!  I adhered the entire panel to the Twisted Sunburst card front with foam tape.

Thank you so much for joining me today!
