I love the Plaid Background stamp, it's an absolute classic with so many possibilities! For the background of this card I stamped it with Sauna Ink and then on another piece of white cardstock I stamped it in Juniper Mist ink. I trimmed down the Juniper Mist piece and layered it on top of the Sauna panel and then wrapped some vintage twine around the card panel.
I die cut the beautiful Small Doily Die from white cardstock and stamped the “wishes” sentiment in Juniper Mist ink using the Simply the Best Stamp Set. The best was die cut with the Best Die from navy cardstock three times and layered on top of each other for dimension.
I inked a piece of White Cardstock by blending It's a Girl, Peppermint Scrub & Sauna inks together using a foam blender. I then die cut the feather from it using the smallest Birds of a Feather die. Next, I pressed the entire feather in VersaMark ink and then embossed it with Wanderlust Embossing powder.
I attached it with dimensional tape to the doily. Last, I attached the entire doily to the card panel with dimensional tape and then cut off the edge that was hanging over the side of the card base.
