Hey everyone! It's Ashlea and I'm so excited to be back on Catherine's blog to show you a little more of the Zen Garden release. If you've ever seen any of my cards you may know that I tend to create clean designs with pops of color and texture. The Zen Feather stamp set is perfect for just that.
The design within in the feather gives all the detail you could want in a stamp. Imagine embossing these?! Maybe on vellum?! Excuse me for a moment. (*Note To Self: emboss feathers in gold on vellum*)
I couldn't wait to use the Spa Collection ink colors and did not skimp on them here. I used Sugared Lavender, Polished, Seafoam, and Rose Petals which look incredible next to each other. This entire ink collection really compliments each other perfectly. Kudos, CP!
There are also coordinating dies to this set which include both the feather and the large flower as well as the circles, and the triangle pattern! What?! I'm seriously SO in love.
Let's not let the Thanks die fall by the wayside. This hand lettering is so gorgeous and legible. That's always a something I look for in a scripty word die! After all, its most important to be able to read it, right? No sacrificing beauty for legibility here <3
