I was playing with these fabulous Gansai Tambi Starry Colors on my Instastory and was having so much fun, I decided to hop over to YouTube and do a live and explain what I was doing.
The Gansai Tambi Starry Colors are rich, pigmented, shimmery watercolors that can be used on black or white cardstock, used on their own or mixed with CP Ink Refills. Shimmery watercolors are in your future my friend!
