Festive Jewelry with Patterned Paper by Kelly

Catherine Christmas, CP Designs

Thanks for stopping by the blog today! I’m thrilled to be sharing a different type of project with you and I really hope it inspires you to create something similar!

The new patterned paper in the All The Trimmings release is just so fun and festive! The first time I saw it, I immediately thought of my three nieces whom I absolutely adore. It seemed like the kind of paper they would love to “do art” with, as they call it. 😀

Because they’re little girls who love all things jewelry, I thought they would love to have a necklace to wear around the holiday season.

Using a 1 inch circle punch or circle die, punch out a circle of any of the patterned paper. Use a hot glue gun to apply glue on the back of the paper piece and then adhere it to a 1 inch empty necklace pendant.

Lay a one inch epoxy sticker on top of the paper, and VOILA! You’ve got yourself a necklace! Just thread the pendant through a necklace chain and you’ll have a cute piece of festive jewelry to wear all season long!

Thanks again for stopping by today and happy crafting!
