Hi everyone, I hope you're having a wonderful day! I'm Taheerah and I'm hijacking Catherine's blog today! It's okay, she knows I'm doing it, so I'm not hacking, hee hee!
I'm here to bring you another card created with the goodies from the *awesome* Winterhaven Stamp of Approval Collection! I'm sure you've ordered your box already, right? Isn't the collection amazing?! The products are now available for individual purchase, so exciting!
I really loved all of the sweet images from the Here We Come A-Caroling set, so of course I had to put them all together in a little scene!
I started by die cutting a hill mask using the Winterhaven dies, then blended some of the amazing Catherine Pooler inks to create my dramatic night sky! I moved my mask a few times too and lightly blended some It's A Boy ink to create some snow drifts.
I wanted my tree to be fuller than the stamp in the set, so I stamped it three times, overlapping the each of the sides to create my fuller tree! I then stamped all of my carolers and their companions to surround the tree. All of the carolers face the same way, so I used some mirror stamping to be able to stamp the little girl on the left! So fun!
Santa flying above, some mist splatter for stars, and a heat embossed sentiment all bring this scene together perfectly!
