inky doodle fingersI got some pretty inky fingers with this here project!  🙂  Inky fingers = good times, right?

I set out to make one card and ended up with three…I couldn't help myself!  View the video and let me know which one is your favorite.

Doodle Garden 3 Ways5This background was stamped in Versamark Ink, then covered in Fool's Gold Embossing Glitter and heat set.  What a gorgeous, sparkly background it created!

Doodle Garden 3 Ways 4This background was inked in Flirty Fuchsia, All That Jazz and Lime Rickey inks.  I love the colors that are made when the inks blend into each other!  Inspiration for new CP Ink Colors?

CP Inks stay wet for a few seconds, so there is time to pour embossing powder over the top and heat set.  Here I used our super popular Wanderlust Embossing Glitter which is a clear embossing powder with glitter in it.  The glitter is mostly clear with a hint of gold.  It's really gorgeous in person!

Doodle Garden 3 WaysThe last card was the most fun to make.  I stamped in Versamark, added White Embossing Powder and heat set.  Then I sprayed on water and dropped ink refills onto the card.  I let the water do the work and it created a really fun, colorful background.

Doodle Garden 3 Ways6In my video, I showed the card that inspired this background – the color combo and the technique.  You can see that card and video tutorial here.
