Hello! This is Jen Carter from Jen’s Ink Spot and I am excited to be guesting on Catherine’s blog! The card I am sharing today uses several products from the Stamp of Approval Counting Blessings collection.
This Collection sold out in 2.5 hours once it hit the shop! GOOD NEWS! If you missed it, these products will be available in the shop on Tuesday, March 20 as individual items!
To start this card I die cut a tag using the Tags, Etc dies and then stamped the grateful sentiment in Black Jack ink using the Autumn Blessings Stamp Set. I pulled out the Bloomin’ Bouquet Stamps that are so beautiful and can be used with so many color combinations. For this card I decided on flowers in stamped in the beautiful orange shade, Tutti Frutti. I stamped two partial flowers on the tag, created a mask with the coordinating Blooming Boutique Dies, and then stamped the leaves with Garden Party ink. I used an aqua pen and dabbed it onto the Icing on the Cake ink pad and then colored the center of the flower brown.
On a piece of Kraft cardstock I used the Geo Trio Stencil and Lime Rickey ink to sponge the triangles onto the paper. It adds just a little extra touch of color to the card.
I finished the card off by adding some dark gray enamel dots and some copper twine. The tag is popped up for some dimension with foam tape.
Thank you so much for stopping by today!
