Birthday Cards for the year – DONE!

CatherineBirthday, Gallery, Projects, StampNation Highlights

When it's my birthday, I always like to celebrate for a whole week.   Lunch with friends, a bit of extra stamping time, a trip to Starbucks (which I normally reserve for when I'm traveling!), an extra cupcake… what about you?  How do you treat yourself?

We went a bit beyond that over at StampNation for our 7th birthday and we've been celebrating for more than a MONTH!  Now, THAT'S what I'm talking about!

Our celebration was in the form of our “Birthday Card Stash – DONE” class!  This class wasn't just about teaching and video tutorials.  We wanted to go beyond that in the spirit of our LEARN – SHARE – DO philosophy.

Here's the rundown and how to participate:

  • Download our Perpetual Calendar and fill out the calendar with every person's birthday you'll need for the year.
  • LEARN: View the video tutorials for the class- there are 7 categories of card types.
  • DO: Create all the cards for those on your Perpetual Calendar for this year.
  • SHARE: Share your cards with your StampNation Sisters and Bros on the site.
  • Store your cards so they are ready to sign, seal and deliver for all those important birthdays this year!

VIDEO TUTORIALS:  we invited 7 companies to celebrate with us.  They each made an exclusive video tutorial just for members, then challenged us to create birthday cards inspired by the video.  Here's a peek:

These tutorials will remain on StampNation for members to access 24/7!

Thank you to these amazing companies for treating us to some serious eye candy and inspiring us to make fabulous birthday cards for all those special people.

Here's a peek at just a few…I mean, this is a small sampling of all the birthday cards that members have made this month.  It's been a stamping frenzy!

BCSD Member CollageIf you're not a member yet, we would absolutely love to have you join us!  We have a new platform, a bit more modern and very focused on helping you become the stamper you've always wanted to be.
