You can use heat embossing to add small details to your card making projects like on this card where I only heat embossed some tips of the leaves in gold. Just that small bit of gold gives this project the wow factor!

I haven't used my Gansai Tambi Watercolors in a while, and I'm glad I pulled them out! It took me a bit of playing before I got a look I was happy with (as seen in the video!), but there's really no rocket science to this. At least not the way I use them! 😉

The MISTI Stamping Tool was invaluable for laying down different layers of color, then versamark in just a few places so I could add the Gold Embossing Powder.

If you get too much Embossing Powder on your leaves, no worries! Just brush some away with a dry paint brush before heating.

I finished the card off with a bit of mixing sentiments from two different Stamp of Approval Stamp Sets on a banner, a red bow and a sweet little bird.
