The last Thursday of the month is always a sketch challenge at StampNation. Sketches are my very favorite way to get my creative juices flowing. Check out this sketch based off a card Kristie made a while back for one of her trends articles.
My final project is a bit different than the sketch. That just goes to show you that sketches are a jump off point! They do not have to be followed exactly. Use them to spark your creativity!
I really love how this card came out, from the colors to the stamped images (totally fun and trendy), to the “off the edge” element to the card. I hope you like it, too!
I filmed the creative process showing how I made the decisions along the way to come up with this card and the video will be on StampNation later today.
Not a member yet? Whatcha waitin' for? This video will be #338. Imagine all the learning that is waiting for you!
You can also see the Design Team's take on this sketch, too. We all look at it differently!
