Blossom Party Big Shot Die Gift BagApril 27th, 2010 Posted on April 27th, 2010, one response. If you are a Facebook Fan (click here to visit), you would have seen the cards that Eva made last month for her friends’ birthdays. Between my 3 girls, we had about 15 birthday party invitations. Wowsas! That puts a pinch on the wallet, and really works out the Mom Taxi Service. Luckily, my girls love to craft and they make the cards and even decorate the gift bags. You know Stampin’ Up’s In Color Line has Rich Razzleberry and Melon Mambo, but did you know Target has those 2 colors in TISSUE PAPER!!?? That sure made it a snap to get Kraft Gift Bags and make a quick, coordinating bag for the gift. Eva and I cut out a bunch of flowers from the Blossom Party Big Shot Die and she went to town! This bag is her creation! And if you’re a new blog reader of mine….Eva is FIVE. She did a great job, didn’t she? Stayed tuned…next month you will see more of the Blossom Party Die, and club gals, you’ll be playing with it! Want to join one of my clubs? Details here for Local Club and Online Club. Glittery Brad Video TutorialApril 21st, 2010 Posted on April 21st, 2010, one response.
Today I wanted to show you how to make this “Glitter Brad“. It’s sassy, isn’t it!!?? I started with a 5/8″ Neutral Brad from Stampin’ Up!, smooshed a Pop Up Glue dot on top of it, spread it out a bit and rolled it in my Champagne Fine Galaxy Glitter! See yesterday’s post and video on how to make the gift card holder. See all the glittery awesome-ness for yourself!

Check back tomorrow and I’ll show you how to make the Glittery Brad! Stampin’ Up Fancy Favor Box DieApril 3rd, 2010 Posted on April 3rd, 2010, one response.Happy Easter Weekend everyone! Today I have another little Easter treat to share with you in case you have a last minute gift you need to put together. You can also make these for other types of candies for use all spring long and again for Mother’s Day! Here is my first project. I used the Fancy Favor Big Shot Die and cut out my box, then I put a 2 x 12″ strip in to cut again the wavy top and make the score lines. I adhered that to my box, then assembled, then punched the Curly Label Punch to make a window for the bunny. I thought this was cute, but it wasn’t really what I was going for. See how to assemble the Fancy Favor Box here. My next shot at creating a cutie little Easter Treat was to cut the Fancy Favor Box about 2″ short of the top as shown in the picture. This gave me a short box perfect for a basket with a handle. This was it! Alana claimed these for her teachers, I hope they liked them!
View the video to see how to make this sweet eyeleted handle! You know you want a Big Shot of your very own to make fabulous and easy projects like these. Hop over to my Online Store, and it will be delivered to your door. Remember, orders of $150 or more get HOSTESS BENEFITS (and you’d be half way to getting $20 in free merchandise from me). Yes, my friends…that means FREE STAMPIN’ GOODIES FOR YOU! Supplies:
Have a wonderful Easter and be sure to check back here Monday morning. I have a special announcement for you! Shades of Spring Designer Series Paper Easter/Spring BasketApril 1st, 2010 Posted on April 1st, 2010, 2 responses.Hi Stamper friends! I’m a bit tickled today! What do you think of my pictures? I got a photography lightbox, woohooo! The photos look nice, I think! What do you think? I was just thinking the other day that I haven’t posted many videos this month. Usually I post 3 a week. Well, mom duties took priority with my 2 big girls home for the first 3 weeks of March, then the littlest girl has been on spring break this week. I’ve said it before, I feel lucky that I have the flexibility to be home for them when they need me. We didn’t do anything “big” for their breaks, just some smaller fun things like ice skating, roller skating, swimming at the YMCA, movies, play dates, and of course, crafts. But that’s what “real life” memories are made of, right? Plus, I figure those girls are getting a pretty big treat in 3 weeks and 2 days…but who’s counting? I have earned 6 out of the 6 Stampin’ Up Incentive Trips that I have been eligible for, and Randall and I have made the most wonderful memories of our own. Now it’s the girls’ turn to come along with us. On April 25 we all leave for the Stampin’ Up! Incentive Trip to the Southern Caribbean. Yipppee! Ok…enough rambling…my project today is an Easter (or Spring!) basket. It’s simple to make with a square sheet of paper. I used a 9×9″ peice of Shades of Spring Designer Series Paper by Stampin’ Up and scored at 3″ all the way around. Cut on 2 opposite sides to the center score line, fold on all score lines. On each side, bring the top inside corners of the outside squares to meet in the middle of the middle square. HUH? Does that make sense? Here, just view my video, it’s short ’cause this is EASY!

Hi Everyone! In the midst of holiday preparation, we’ve had a Pooler girl turn 7 and 2 friends have birthday parties. So today’s tutorial will be a gift idea that can be used year round, as can most of my gift ideas this week! Monogrammed Bag Tags serve more than one purpose…they embellish the gift bag perfectly AND then can be used later by the recipient. A great gift idea, and a MINI CATALOG SNEAK PEEK of new Designer Series Paper that will be available on January 5! You could use any designer paper, really, but I thought this was perfect for little girls and birthdays. I used my trusty Big Shot, and if you find me on Facebook, I’ve got an exclusive special there for fans only! Enjoy! I used:

If you have a Super Target near you, RUN, don’t walk and get this Tequilla Lime Rub. It’s the best! And when you’re done with it, heck! Fill it with candy, embellish it and give it to a friend! Merry Moments Designer Series Paper Diaper Fold Pouch Video Tutorial!- Holiday Treat!December 13th, 2009 Posted on December 13th, 2009, no responses.
Hello Stamper Friends! I’ve been making this Diaper Fold Pouch for years now. It’s always a great project for a small treat and takes minimal supplies. Really, you just need a bag of candy, some patterned paper and a brad, or you can gussy it up a bit more and add embellishments. You can also make it different sizes. The only thing to keep in mind is your paper needs to be SQUARE. This one is a 6×6. The great thing about a 6×6 is that you can get FOUR out of one sheet of Designer Series Paper…and that means you can get 48 out of a whole PACK of DSP! For $10 - $12 you can’t beat it! I made a quick video to show you how quick and easy it is. See for yourself!
