Anna turns 12!

October 13th, 2011

Anna has gotten a lot of attention in this house lately.  She had the whole summer off to hang out with me (the little girls are in school year round…they go 9 weeks, then have 3 weeks off all year, so it was just the 2 of us during the day).  Then, she began middle school.  Now she turns 12 AND she is going to her first school dance tomorrow!

Alana (the almost-9-year-old) was lamenting today how time flies for Anna.  That cracked me up!  It’s flying for you, too, my dear Alana.

The card I have for you today was made by Eva (the almost-7-year-old).  If you are on FACEBOOK with me, you would have seen the Lolli Tree that Eva made a couple weeks ago.  I think I may have a paper crafter on my hands with this one!

She gave me some ideas of what she wanted to do (colors, glitter, papers) and I pulled some things and she went to work.  This is what she (mostly she!) came up with.  She even used the markers to meticulously color all those separate letters on Happy Birthday before stamping!  Bravo, Eva!  Anna is going to love this!

 Eva’s Stampin’ Up Supplies:

  • Happiest Birthday Wishes (you can get this set with your hostess dollars on all orders over $150:  WM: 122615, CM: 122617)
  • Cardstock:  Whisper White, Rich Razzleberry
  • Markers: most of the Bold Brights!
  • Accessories:  Black Satin Ribbon, Dazzling Diamonds Glitter, 2 Way Glue Pen, Brights Patterns Designer Series Paper Stack

Stay tuned…I still have some Founder’s Circle fun to share with you.  How about a stampin’ HOUSE?!  yep, I went to one!  I’ll show ya soon.

Happy Stamping everyone!

WOW, a 6 year old did this. I feel so overwhelmed. I need her to give me lessons.
