Got 10? 10 Minute Card with Elements of Style Stamp Set and the Masking Technique

October 20th, 2010

elements-ofstyle-thank-you

Welcome to this week’s Got 10 feature!  We are all busy, but love to craft, right?  So a card in 10 minutes or less is something that we can all fit into our lives.

The first thing I did for this card is cut an oval from the Scallop Oval Big Shot Die to use as a mask.

I sponged Pretty in Pink ink around it, then stamped Elements of Style Stamp Set on top of it before removing the mask.

Next, I stamped Thank You right in the middle of the mask.

For a 5 minute card, this is all you do!  Adhere this to your card base and you are DONE!

Imagine this in blue with snowflakes and you’ve got your quick, easily mass-produced Holiday Cards!

If you want to "fancy up" your card a bit, add some ribbon and a Filigree Brad if you like.  Here, I added a rhinestone brad in the middle of the Filigree Brad.
