Stampers’ Q&A: What do you do with Stampin’ Up’s Presto Patterns Specialty Paper?

June 10th, 2010

Have you seen Stampin’ Up’s Presto Patterns Specialty Paper?  It’s basically white paper with a pattern on it, kind of like a clear embossed pattern.  When you add color to it, the pattern resists the color and it stays white!  How cool!!

I like to use my ink pads with a Sponge Dauber or a Stampin’ Sponge to apply the color.

When you apply the color, the pattern on the paper POPS!!  Have fun with it!  Add color from your ink pad, shimmer paint, smooch spritz, etc.

And here is a sneak peek of something I’ll show you next week…Barbie Pink Smooch Spritz!  No, Stampin’ Up doesn’t carry it, but I’ll show you how to make it!

I used the Presto Patterns piece to adorn a tag for a wine bottle.  Happy Birthday Vicki!
