Vicki Dorroh does it again! I kicked up my heels when she showed this card to me. I would say it is a huge WOW, don’tcha think!?
You just need a few Stampin’ Up! papercrafting supplies for this and it’s relatively quick and easy. See for yourself!

- 114300 Sticky Pages (they are hiding at the bottom of pg. 180 in the catalog…$6.95 for TWO 12 x 12 sheets!)
- 116517 Delightful Decorations Stamp Set
- 100908 Chocolate Chip Ink Pad
- 102482 Real Red Cardstock
- 109070 Tafetta Ribbon (or 114319 Organza Ribbon)
